Got a Wish for a Fish Dish?
It is that time of the week again – time to think about what you are going to make for dinner Friday night. This week I am keeping it simple with a brand new SeaPak product – SeaPak Salmon Nuggets. I love this product because not only does it makes salmon super convenient (just 15 minutes from freezer to table) but the lightly seasoned bread coating makes salmon much more of a kid-friendly dish to serve for dinner. These delicious little bites are great way to sneak in some good Omega 3’s into your kids’ (or your significant other’s) diet!

I like to add more own personal touch to the Salmon Nuggets by adding a dipping sauce. Below is an easy Creamy Honey Mustard Dipping sauce that uses just 3 ingredients. It is a mild creamy sauce that is sure to have an all family appeal. Of course sometimes when it just adults for dinner I like to spice it up a little by adding a dash or two of red pepper flakes to the sauce. If you want some other dipping sauce choices, check out SeaPak.com for more dipping sauce recipes.
I really wasn’t kidding about loving this new product. I actually serve it at home at least once a week. I am really curious to see how you and your family like it. So give our new SeaPak Salmon Nuggets a try. They are available at most Wal-Mart Super Centers and coming soon to other major retailers as well. After you try them, let me know what you think. Happy almost Friday everyone!
