I had never thought about learning napkin folds, but that seems like such a fun and easy way to add a splash! I bet I could even get my kids to learn some folds and do it for me – they\’d have a blast with that!

My very favorite fish is Cod. But the price is, well, pricey. I’ve tried Tilapia several times and just can’t get rid of the fishy taste. I don’t really like to cover flavors up with other flavors. I like fish with butter, lemon, salt and pepper. Baked, broiled, deep fried, battered, breaded . . . I’m not picky but just can’t stomach that Tilapia. Any easy suggestions? I’ve even tried soaking it in milk and sugar to no avail.
