Fiesta Shrimp Tacos–we already frequently switch out lettuce for cabbage in our tacos, we all love black olives and popcorn shrimp–this recipe is a surefire winner for a fun family night at our house!

I like the Sweet and Savory Apricot Shrimp for its flavor is sweet and takes only a few short minutes to prepare and cook, it is a great quick meal to eat/snack on anytime.
